Helen believes that supervision provides the opportunity for professionals to explore challenging work-related situations and options for personal and professional development in a safe, neutral environment with a trained supervisor. It is the skilled and supportive questioning and conversation during dedicated supervision time that encourages professionals to move forward in their work with new energy and creative ideas to focus on the provision of quality service to clients and meeting educational needs of students and colleagues.
